Commenting Rules
- Any claim you make is subject to scrutiny. The burden of proof is on the claimant. Keep the discussion about the idea and try to make any claims objective, and based upon fact [citation needed].
- Recognize the difference between facts and opinions. Facts must be backed up as per Rule 1. Opinions are taken as Axioms when explicitly presented as such in an argument.
- Dissent and disagreement is allowed provided you adhere to rules 1 and 2. Otherwise comments will not be approved. If you do not believe others should be allowed to disagree, you are not obligated to comment.
- All comments are subject to moderation, and will be pre-approved before they are permitted to go online.
Addendum to Commenting
If your comment was not approved, and you do not understand why, contact me.
In time, I will hopefully have examples of inappropriate comments, which will be possible to post as (anonymised) examples, and to explain why they were inappropriate.
